- Partner with senior leadership to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical problems
- Proactively frame and refine critical business questions, driven by intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights
- Demonstrate intellectual agility and analytical rigor ("quick on feet") to swiftly follow complex data trails and pivot hypotheses as data analysis dictates, ensuring all conclusions are empirically supported
- Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable insights that inform business strategy
- Build and deliver executive-level presentations and storytelling dashboards that highlight key trends, drivers, and recommendations
- Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Marketing
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
- 5 years of experience in analytics, insights, or business intelligence roles
- Proven ability to conduct structured problem solving and deep-dive analyses
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft insights for executive-level audiences
- Experience influencing decision-making and strategy through data-driven insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with advanced data management, including identifying, gathering, and structuring relevant data across multiple systems and sources.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining complex queries and data pipelines using SQL, and utilizing Python or other advanced analytical tools for data manipulation.
