What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Boost Mobile?
Cellular retailer is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals for sales and customer service. Candidates with sales and customer service experience are preferred but it isn’t a requirement. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. We require candidates to have very strong communication skills and that have the ability to follow instructions. Must have a general knowledge of cellphones, basic computer operations, punctuality, organization skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to sell. Candidate are required to work some nights, some week ends and some holidays. You mus have reliable transportation and cellphone service.
