BOOST MOBILE SALES REP

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Boost Mobile Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert advice on mobile products and services, and driving sales through excellent service. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment while helping customers find the best mobile solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories that suit their preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable explanations of product features, service plans, and promotional offers in both English and Spanish.
• Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and inventory is properly managed.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Stay informed about the latest mobile technologies, promotions, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally, aiming for high customer satisfaction and positive experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
