As a Cell Phone Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring our customers find the right cell phone and accessories to fit their needs. You will be the go-to person for product knowledge, troubleshooting, and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right cell phone, plans, and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
Provide detailed information and guidance on various cell phone models, features, and plans to help customers make informed decisions.
Meet or exceed sales targets by recommending products and services that align with customer needs.
Stay up to date with the latest mobile phone trends, technology, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Manage customer concerns or complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in electronics or mobile phones, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
