About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to inspire our store team and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be directly responsible for leading by example—exceeding sales targets, delivering an unmatched customer experience, and managing all facets of a thriving Boost Mobile retail location. You will coach and motivate a team of outgoing and personable sales associates to maximize revenue by offering innovative wireless solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about building a high-performance team that strengthens the Boost Mobile brand.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead & Develop: Directly supervise, train, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for devices, accessories, and add-ons.
*Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee all store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
*Champion Customer Loyalty: Ensure the delivery of an outstanding and consistent customer experience that builds loyalty and enhances store reputation. Resolve escalated customer situations with equitable decisions for both the customer and the company.
*Own Sales Performance: Analyze sales metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive store results.
*Execute & Innovate: Plan, coordinate, and lead local marketing and community events to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
*Foster Team Culture: Act as the ultimate "team player," promoting collaboration, recognition, and a positive, high-energy work environment.
*Administrative Duties: Perform operational reporting, scheduling, and other duties as assigned by district management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
*Proven Leadership: 1 years of experience in a retail sales leadership role (key holder, assistant manager, team lead) or demonstrated leadership abilities in a high-performance sales environment.
*Sales Expertise: A strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in wireless, electronics, or related retail. Ability to train and coach sales techniques.
*Customer-Obsessed: A genuine passion for creating ideal customer experiences and building long-term loyalty.
*Operational Acumen: Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, visual standards, and loss prevention.
* Excellent Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach team members and interact effectively with customers and management.
* Flexibility & Reliability: Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
*Bilingual skills are a plus.
