Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cell Phone Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an outstanding customer experience, and helping customers find the best mobile phone solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assist in selecting the right phones, plans, and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Offer detailed product knowledge and guidance to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay current on the latest mobile phone trends, features, and promotional offers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, timely manner.
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and product restocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or retail, especially in electronics or mobile phones, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
Shift Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Morning, evening and weekend availability required
