Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems
- Drive sales by assisting customers, recommending products, and closing deals
- Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising, and pricing
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and presentation
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Track sales performance and help run promotions
Skills & Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience (wireless is a big plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Motivated by sales and commission
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
