Duties

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and a second language, ensuring understanding and satisfaction.
- Type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer service experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language is required; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
