Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress.
  • Engage in outside sales activities by meeting clients at their locations to discuss their needs and present solutions.
  • Upsell additional products or services that align with client requirements to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

  • Bilingual ( Spanish and English is preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred, along with a solid understanding of upselling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Full time or part time
