What you'll do
- Prepare admission, orientation and new-hire packets
- Answer calls, route mail and pass along messages
- Help clinical staff schedule patient visits
- Keep patient records accurate and HIPAA-compliant
- Track intake documents, referrals and physician orders
- Handle data entry and basic computer support
- Pitch in on other office tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of office experience
- Typing speed of 40–50 WPM and solid computer skills
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
- Reliable transportation
