Team Member – Boost Bowls

Boost Bowls is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our growing team. We take pride in serving handcrafted smoothie bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, wraps, salads, and specialty drinks made with quality ingredients while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Boost Bowls recipes and quality standards
• Provide friendly, professional customer service with every interaction
• Accurately take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout each shift
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
• Help create a welcoming experience for every guest

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Weekend availability preferred
• Restaurant or café experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
