What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Paralegal position at Boosey Wilson Group | Legal & Professional Talent?
We are recruiting for a paralegal to assist with a law firm client's real estate group. This position requires experience in the areas of real estate (title & survey review), finance (loan documentation), and general knowledge of the legal process as it relates to the financial services associated with a real estate transaction. Previous experience with a title company, financial institution, or legal service provider is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Due Diligence
- Drafting leases, purchase contracts, easements, deeds, and other real property related documents.
- Reviewing and understanding title work and surveys
- Coordination and preparing documents for closings
- Assist with development projects
- Communicate with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal education preferred
