What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator/laborer position at Boonstra Excavation?
We are recruiting an Operator/Laborer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Safely operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
- Reading plans, laying out utilities, figuring elevations, finding utilities safely, etc
- Always ready to jump in and use a shovel.
- Being respectful of customers, careful with equipment, tools, etc
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in excavation is a bonus. NOT NEEDED, WILLING TO TRAIN.
- SHOW UP ON TIME/AHEAD OF TIME
- MUST BE ABLE TO LISTEN AND COMPLETE TASKS, THINK AHEAD AND HAVE THINGS READY
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
