The candidate for this position will be joining a well-established primary care practice focused to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. Overview Practice Highlights: Join one of the established clinics located in Columbia (Broadway or Nifong locations) or Hallsville. Manages the health care for primate care patient populations through advanced health assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation. Utilizes a high degree of knowledge, skill and competence in a specialized area to coordinate, manage and evaluate the delivery of quality patient care. Serves as a role model, mentor, and preceptor for others. Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job. Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional medical care of assigned patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
