What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher position at Boone Trail Early Learning Center?
Teachers are responsible for all aspects of the care and education for the children enrolled in his/her class. Our center serves ages 12 months to 5 years old. Staff hours could vary between 7:00AM until 5:30PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: physical caregiving, developmental assessments, planning and implementing an age-appropriate lesson plan utilizing our curriculum we provide, classroom management, and facilitation of supportive relationships with Director, Assistant Director, co-workers, parents, and students.
This position is full-time with paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays. Pay is dependent on experience and education. Must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, physical and drug test.
