Boone Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Danville Clinic. Essential Functions 

• Perform and document comprehensive nursing assessments and patient histories
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Manage patient flow, monitor conditions, and report changes promptly
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Process patient calls, prescription requests, and refills in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate medication lists and patient records in the electronic system
• Obtain insurance prior authorizations for medications as needed
• Access and review controlled substance reports per provider direction
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and overall health
• Ensure all care is delivered safely and in compliance with nursing standards
• Monitor inventory of supplies, medications, and equipment
• Participate in quality initiatives and ongoing education
• Support Carelink reporting and other clinic-based programs

Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies 

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active West Virginia RN License
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinic setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform frequent movement and coordination tasks throughout the day
