Join our team at our family-owned lumber business as a Yard Associate and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, loading, and unloading of materials within our yard and warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to ensure timely shipping & receiving.
- Maintain a clean, organized yard by stacking pallets, managing inventory locations, and ensuring materials are stored securely.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments with familiarity in order picking and materials handling.
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting up to 80 lbs
