Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities, identifying areas that require attention.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including common spaces, restrooms, and outdoor environments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Minor maintenance knowledge needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
