This position oversees compliance with the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) Communications Accreditation, International Academies of Emergency Dispatchs (IAED) Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE), and APCOs Agency Training Program Certification (ATPC). The Accreditation Specialist ensures policies, procedures, directives, and training programs align with national standards and industry best practices.

- Status:** Full-time, non-exempt, benefited
- Working hours:** Primarily 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
- Minimum Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) or more years progressively responsible experience in an administrative or program coordinator position. Must have and maintain a valid Missouri drivers license.
- Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in public safety environment. Previous experience working with accreditation standards.
- Starting Hourly Salary Range:** $25.65 - $26.42 per hour
