What are the responsibilities and job description for the PA-C or ARNP - PRN position at Boone County Family Medicine Walk-In Clinic?
We are looking for an energetic Advanced Practice Provider to help out as needed in our Walk-In Clinic. Applicant must have availability days and evenings until 8 p.m., as well as weekends.

Salary Scale: $52.69-71.40Requirements:
Education: Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program. Licensed in the state of Iowa.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience, 5 plus years working as an RN prior to obtaining ARNP/PA is preferred.
Duties Include: Provide medical services in an after hours clinic setting. Assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating and studying medical histories. Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms and laboratory studies. Interprets diagnostic test results for deviations from normal. Make diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patients.
