This role is designed for a true whale hunter — someone who is comfortable opening large accounts, managing long sales cycles, and being paid directly on performance.

The Role
You will be responsible for net-new revenue generation and account growth across a defined territory.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect and open high-volume contractor, builder, and developer accounts
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers * Build and negotiate pricing structures
- Own your pipeline from first meeting to close
- Actively manage CRM and forecasting
- Coordinate with operations and inside sales
- Grow existing accounts you open
- Represent the company professionally in the field
This is not an order-taking role. This is a hunter / closer position.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
