Store Manager – Cell Phone & Electronics Repair (Full-Time)
Boone Cellular Computer Repair | Jefferson, NC
Boone Cellular Computer Repair is looking for a full-time Store Manager / Repair Technician to help lead our Boone repair hub and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys repairing electronics, problem-solving, and working with people in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with phone and computer repairs, and enjoy being the go-to person in the shop, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage day-to-day store operations with owner
- Perform and oversee cell phone, tablet, and computer repairs including, but not limited to screen repairs, battery replacements, virus removal, and problem solving
- Assist customers with repairs, sales, and troubleshooting in a professional and approachable manner
- Keep repair tickets, inventory, and workspaces organized and accurate
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high quality standard
- Maintain inventory and ongoing projects
- Help train, guide, and support team members on a weekly basis
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-run store environment, including daily cleanup and weekly shop duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous electronics or cell phone repair experience not required, but strongly recommended - training is also provided
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable explaining technical issues in simple terms
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Leadership or management experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule
- Full-time (35-40 hours a week)
- Some weekend availability may be required, but rare
