Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of commercial roofing systems including Single-Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), Modified Bitumen, and BUR systems
- Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying materials
- Perform duties such as laying insulation and other roofing materials under the supervision of experienced technicians
- Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites
- Arrive to job sites on time and ready to work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work effectively as part of a roofing crew
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be able to communicate effectively with crew members, office staff, contractors, and other field personnel
