Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, for an Inside Sales Representative. The individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, managing sales pipelines, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting in the resolution of customer inquiries or issues. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales processes, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience with Secured Entry or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
