You will be embedded with 1-Tom-Plumber of Long Island, a fast-growing 24/7 plumbing and emergency services company serving residential and commercial clients.
LOCATION:
Farmingdale, NY 11735 (in-person / local role)

Summer 2026 (8–12 weeks)

HOURS:
Minimum 20 hours per week
COMPENSATION:
$17/hour performance bonus based on meetings booked and memberships sold
WHAT THIS IS:
This is not a normal internship. It is a Growth Operator Summer Sprint.
For 60 days, you will own a real growth project: booking meetings with commercial property owners and managers, and driving membership sales from our existing customer base. You will be judged on outcomes, not effort. You will have clear targets, direct access to the owner, and the opportunity to build something real you can point to and say, “I built this.”
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Primary objective by Day 60:
– 10 qualified meetings booked with commercial property owners and/or property managers
Secondary objective:
– Progress toward selling PPP memberships to existing residential and commercial accounts
YOUR WEEKLY INPUTS:
– 40 targeted outreach attempts per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person visits), 5 days per week
– Daily pipeline updates (who you contacted, what happened, next step)
– Weekly 30–45 minute review with the founder to go over numbers, learn, and adjust
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Build and refine a target list of commercial property owners and managers in and around Farmingdale, NY
– Run daily outreach sprints to book meetings and start relationships
– Re-engage our existing database to offer PPP memberships
– Track all activity and results in simple, clear tracking sheets or CRM
– Iterate on scripts and approaches based on feedback and your own results
WHAT YOU GET:
