Position Overview
Boomtown Casino Hotel is seeking an energetic and personable Casino Host to deliver exceptional VIP services to guests, build strong player relationships, and grow our loyal customer base. This role is responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable visit by acting as a concierge, ambassador, and liaison between our property and valued players.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and enroll players into the Boomtown rewards database.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing guests to encourage repeat business.
- Handle player reservations, comps, and service requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Represent Boomtown at on-property promotions and off-property events.
- Monitor player activity and use sound judgment to issue appropriate complimentaries.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain player account accuracy and assist in data entry with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively across departments and with Business Development leadership.
- Support marketing initiatives through outreach, telemarketing, and direct communication.
- Attend department meetings and contribute ideas to drive guest engagement.
Must be 21 and eligible to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
- Knowledge of slot and table games preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and telemarketing skills.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, players club software, kiosk systems, and drawing systems a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or casino host roles preferred.
