WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- A minimum of four years’ casino surveillance experience is required.
- Must have a high degree of working knowledge of all casino operations.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability and working knowledge of cheating detection methods.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Must be willing to work unscheduled shifts on short notice.
- Must have basic computer operational skills.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Surveillance department. Supports Shift Managers and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
- This is a skilled position that requires leadership and a high degree of personal integrity.
- Spends the majority of time training and assisting staff.
- Assist the Assistant Shift Manager with planned work.
- Supervises and monitor’s work.
