Job Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, driven, and personable sales associate to help expand our network of medical practices. This role involves cold calling provided leads, introducing our product offerings, and securing new ordering accounts. You will focus on relationship-building and account outreach, while our dedicated account managers handle ongoing account management. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required, just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through cold calls from your prospecting
- Introduce and educate clinics and medical practices on our pharmaceutical products and services
- Secure new ordering accounts through strong relationship-building
- Hand off accounts to the account management team after successful onboarding
- Collaborate with sales managers for continuous training and improvement
What We’re Looking For
- No prior pharmaceutical sales experience required
- This position is well suited for those starting their career in sales, but we also welcome applicants with prior sales experience.

Training & Onboarding
- Simple onboarding process, with continuous training led by sales managers
- Ongoing mentorship to help refine sales skills and maximize earning potential
- Leads are required to be generated through prospecting
