Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Executive based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the medical, wellness, telemedicine, and med-spa sectors.
Core responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, managing client accounts, presenting BoomRx’s solutions, negotiating partnerships, and consistently working toward sales targets and performance goals. A primary method of lead generation and business development in this role is outbound phone outreach, and candidates should be comfortable with a high volume of cold calling activity on a daily basis. The candidate will consult with clients, develop strategies to address their operational needs, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term account growth. Regular engagement with stakeholders will be required to maintain strong relationships and contribute to overall business expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client acquisition, business development, and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and manage professional relationships
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and proactive prospecting efforts
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales-related software, with the ability to organize and track sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness industries; experience in these fields is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Availability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
