What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at BoomCloud?

We are looking for a customer service rep that can become familiarized with our software. We help dental practices create, organize and automate a dental membership program. You will be helping answer questions from our users, developing a clear knowledge base, managing live tickets, live chat support requests, submitting data to our design team for our users and working with the team to improve our application. Organizational, communication and teamwork skills are required.
