Team Member – BOOMCHIA (Montclair, NJ)
BOOMCHIA is a fast-paced acai and smoothie cafe with a steady flow of customers. We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members who can keep up with the pace while delivering excellent service and high-quality products.
What the Role Involves:
- Preparing bowls, smoothies, and other menu items with speed and accuracy
- Taking customer orders while maintaining an efficient flow during busy periods
- Managing prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness throughout your shift
- Balancing front-of-house service, food preparation, and online orders
- Maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-volume environment

- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in every order
- Self-motivated with a willingness to support all areas of the store

- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours
- Previous food service or fast-paced environment experience is preferred
- Comfortable using kitchen tools, including knives, safely and efficiently
