THE INS AND OUTS OF BEING A RESTAURANT MANAGER
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager
- Basic knowledge about P&L statements
- Leadership skills and passion for customer service
- Full availability for all shifts, including some night, weekend, and holiday hours
YOUR ROLE:
In this hospitality position, you ensure our food service operations go off without a hitch and every customer leaves with only positive things to say. You enthusiastically lead your team by example, inspiring them to exceed customer expectations and build strong local relationships that encourage repeat business.
In addition to the customer-facing side, you perform a variety of essential tasks to keep everything going smoothly. You help keep our finances in check by managing our profit and loss (P&L) statements and coming up with ideas to meet our financial goals and drive up sales. When appropriate, you train new and current employees on the best practices to ensure a flawless meal service every time. You love seeing how things improve with you as our Restaurant Manager!
