Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role located throughout southern OK and north TX. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining food and beverage standards. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for scheduling, hiring support, training team members, and monitoring performance to uphold service and quality expectations. The role includes managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, enforcing health and safety regulations, and resolving customer concerns. The Restaurant Manager also supports local marketing efforts, monitors financial performance, and implements initiatives to drive sales and strengthen the diner’s presence in the community.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on building strong guest relationships.
- Experience with Hiring and team leadership, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong Communication abilities for interacting with guests, team members, and franchise leadership.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality control, and menu execution.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic business and financial concepts, such as budgeting, labor control, and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
