Boom Kit Solutions is hiring a dependable MIG welder for our shop in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. We manufacture steel pipeline components for the concrete-pumping industry.
Pay: $15–$22 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Siloam Springs, AR
Job Duties:
● Measure and cut steel pipe using a saw
● MIG weld flanges to steel pipe using a single pass in the 1G position
● Use saws, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
● Inspect finished welds and maintain consistent quality
● Help with painting, material handling, and general shop work
● Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
● Welding or metal-fabrication experience preferred
● Able to read a tape measure accurately
● Comfortable using grinders and fabrication tools
● Able to lift and handle steel components
● Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
● Must take pride in producing quality work
Experience with pipe fitting or production welding is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic.
