Job Duties Include:
- Driving to and from job sites & operating pump
- Coordinating pump and mud placement from crews
- Maintaining your assigned pump, truck, and equipment
- Greasing and inspecting your pump and truck daily
- Cleaning up job sites if any concrete or oil leaks occur
- Being ready to pick up parts, materials, or assist the team when needed
- Participating in rotating cleanup tasks such as pipe maintenance and pit clean-up
- Reading and following equipment and safety manuals
- Providing great customer service on every job
What We Expect from You:
- AT LEAST- 1 year of concrete pump operating experience
- A valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record
- A current DOT medical card
- Strong mechanical knowledge – maintenance is part of your role
- Flexibility is a must – this job often changes day to day and requires quick thinking
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help where needed
Additional Expectations:
- Saturdays- Volunteer based with added bonus IF you work them.
- Safety meetings are mandatory and at least every 2 months.
- Winters tend to be slower, summers are full throttle—plan accordingly
