Primary Responsibilities:
- Be the engine behind omnichannel merchandising rollouts—managing project timelines, communication, and coordination across teams.
- Own the backend details of our seasonal campaigns—from weekly systems code creation to maintaining projection files and visual layouts.
- Keep our store teams informed and aligned through clear, timely merchandising directives and updates.
- Maintain and update store prototype layout and feature maps, ensuring every store is optimized for customer impact.
- Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to build and support the holiday visual planner guide.
- Manage proprietary system portals on a weekly and seasonal basis—ensuring the latest information is at everyone's fingertips.
- Support marketing and merchandising teams by approving key merchandising content, marketing kits, and store-specific assets.
- Track and fulfill fixture requests from the field, coordinating with the fixture warehouse for timely delivery.
- Keep our internal Merchandising homepage and product placement pages organized and current.
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
- A knack for organizing details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- High level of initiative—you're a problem-solver and efficiency seeker.
- Collaborative mindset—comfortable working cross-functionally to get things done.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bonus points for experience with Adobe Suite, AutoCAD/Vectorworks, or video editing tools.
- Comfortable juggling deadlines, shifting priorities, and multiple workstreams.
- Enjoy both structure and creativity in your daily work.
- Have a sharp eye for retail trends and visual presentation.
- Up to 15% travel to stores and meetings for project implementation and team collaboration.
