Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products also understand customer needs to recommend suitable products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure products are well-maintained and appealing
- Maintain organized inventory records, conduct stock counts, and assist with merchandising strategies to optimize sales
- - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor .
- Post on company social media site if need it .
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages if applicable and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Qualifications
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales .
- Proven ability in upselling to increase revenue .
- Previous experience with retail sales, cashiering, or working with POS systems is preferred but not required .
- Ability to identify various products .
