The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting histories and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Qualifications
- Current MD or DO degree from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited residency program.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts; board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine).
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with experience managing both acute issues and chronic diseases in an outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with patients, families, and care teams, with clear, empathetic communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and comfort using modern digital tools to support coordinated, data-informed care.
