What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Bookman Consulting?
Our client is a well-established and growing food and beverage distribution company with 40 distribution centers around the U.S. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to help manage, mentor, and develop an existing sales team and book of business.
Sales Manager – (On Site - Cincinnati):
- Will oversee and work with an existing staff
- MUST have experience working in the food or beverage industry
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving performance
- Recommend and implement improvements in sales methods and procedures
- Will report directly to, and work closely with, the General Manager and coordinate with the production and procurement teams in regards to forecasting and demand planning
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Base salary likely $105-$115k base bonus, car allowance, benefits, 401k, etc
