Our client is a growing distribution company who’s looking to hire a talented Sales Director/General Manager. This is an ON-SITE role at their facility located in Seattle. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.
Sales Director/General Manager:
- Must have heavy experience in food or bev sales in the Seattle market
- Will be managing be managing an existing staff in place at the distribution center
- Will help manage all branch activities, including sales, ops, and P&L
- Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates and promotional sales programs
- Must be able to think critically in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Will be heavily involved in selecting, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
- Salary likely $140-$150k base bonus, car allowance, mileage, and benefits
