- Must have experience in large call centers, managing 30 people
- Must have a background in customer service and management
- Must have experience dealing with customers and trouble-shooting issues
- Will be handling confidential/sensitive information in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to navigate, and coordinate, with multiple internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with autodial systems such as Five9, or Vici is highly desirable
- Salary likely between $105 - $120K on the base bonus potential, benefits, and PTO
