Job Description
Bookkeeping and Management Systems, Inc. is a progressive organization with a staff of highly-trained individuals who have many years of experience in their fields. As a member of our team, you must have the ability to effectively work in our fast paced environment while performing a broad spectrum of accounting and tax preparation duties. We currently have a position available for a full-time Bookkeeper within our company. This person must be experienced, self-motivated and have a “team attitude”.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Analyze financial transactions to the proper general ledger accounts
· Reconcile all balance sheets and cash accounts
· Perform monthly financial closing processes including preparation of monthly financial statements
· Income and expense analysis
· Reconcile tax liability accounts/Prepare tax worksheets
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Accountant are as follows:
· 4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
· Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Possess the ability to communicate effectively
· Proficient at QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
