This is a hybrid position with 3 days/week onsite in Towson, MD and 2 days/week from home. The initial duration of this project is 18 months, extensions beyond that are possible. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)At least two (2) years of experience administering or supporting enterprise systems such as Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Reporting, and web services. Direct Workday experience within implementation or post-production environmentsExcellent understanding of business processes with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutionsHands-on experience supporting HCM, Payroll, and Financial systemsResponsibilities:Development & ConfigurationDesign, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIsConfigure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, validation rules, and condition logicBuild and support custom Workday reportsDiagnose and resolve application and integration issuesIntegration ManagementDevelop and manage integrations between Workday and external systems including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and FinanceMonitor scheduled integrations and troubleshoot data errors or failuresProduce and maintain integration documentation including design and data flow diagramsImprove existing integrations for performance, accuracy, and reliabilityReporting & AnalyticsCreate and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet operational and compliance requirementsPartner with business users to translate reporting needs into effective Workday solutionsAutomate the scheduling and distribution of reportsUser Support & CollaborationProvide technical support to internal agency usersMaintain system documentation such as configuration details, workflows, and technical guidesWork closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business operationsParticipate in change management and configuration control activitiesGather and document business requirements for enhancements and break/fix requestsPowered by JazzHRk7ZAX4jFTu
