Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Model Instructor Intern to join our team. The Model Instructor Intern will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees, post-training to ensure skill retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a Model Trainer and/or Model Student in the modeling industry or in similar role
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies.
