booked & busy is a boutique experiential creative marketing agency producing high touch brand events, pop ups, and field marketing programs for leading consumer brands.
we’re looking for an events & partnerships coordinator to join our team—someone who loves bringing experiences to life, thrives in fast moving environments and wants real ownership early on. this role is for someone excited about building creative campaigns, thriving in chaos, our clients, work, and the booked & busy brand community.
the role
you’ll support the planning and execution of experiential events, pop ups, partnerships, and field marketing programs from start to finish. you’ll be hands on across logistics, onsite execution, field initiatives, and day-to-day coordination. working closely with the founder and team.
what you’ll do
- support the planning and execution of experiential events, brand activations, pop ups, and sponsorships
- coordinate event logistics including vendors, timelines, run of show docs, and production checklists
- source and manage brand partnerships, fostering new connections and maintaining relations
- assist with onsite execution including load in, set up, guest flow, and breakdown
- support field marketing initiatives, sampling programs, and community activations
- help manage brand ambassadors, field staff, and on-site support teams
- assist with influencer partner coordination tied to events and activations
- track event performance and support post-event recaps and reporting
- support client communications, keeping timelines and execution organized
- maintain organized databases for events, vendors, partners, and contacts
- support creative needs such as event assets, displays, and basic marketing materials
- track field and sampling KPIs and outline monthly recaps and reporting
- support the development and execution of booked & busy merch drops and brand collaborations, including logistics, timelines, and on-site or fulfillment support
- help bring the booked & busy brand to life across community touchpoints — events, pop-ups, partnerships, and in-person moments
- assist with community engagement initiatives, guest communications, and relationship-building with creators, founders, and brand partners
- contribute ideas for experiences, products, and moments that strengthen the booked & busy ecosystem and lifestyle brand
- help bring booked & busy’s brand voice and energy to every touchpoint, online and offline
who you are
- based in new york, ny
- 2 years of experience in events, experiential marketing and field marketing (agency or notable brand experience required)
- highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts
- calm under pressure and solutions oriented onsite
- highly confident in an onsite and client facing capacity, ensuring campaign success
- strong communicator with a high level of ownership and accountability
- genuinely excited about experiential marketing, community, and brand storytelling
- flexible availability for events, including weekends, holidays, and last minute needs
bonus points if you have experience with:
- canva or other design tools
- google suite
- meta (instagram facebook) and tiktok
