What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Specialist position at Boogiez Arcanna?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in inventory management. The main responsibility of the Inventory Specialist is to assist the Store Manager in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of products for sale and organization of back stock.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Weighing Flower - This will be based on the dispensary's need or laid out by the Managers on the Weigh Sheet.
- Metrc Operations - Receive transfers, unfinish batches, update inventory and convert tags.
- Flowhub - Experience with Flowhub a plus. Import products, update inventory, create products, variants and adjust discrepancies.
- Create regulatory labels for products that have been broken down in store.
- Backfill products - Making sure that every available product is in a physical bin in the vault, dab display or on a peg for sale. Replenish empty areas on sales floor as needed.
- Inventory - Aide with cycle counts, perform inventory on all products, update FlowHub and Metrc based on findings. Be available for staff to adjust inventory immediately should the need arise. Implement inventory control procedures to reduce excess stock and minimize stockouts.
- Maintain displays and cases - Ensure all products in the displays are current for sale batches, rotate out displays as batches sell through and keep cases full. Regularly rotate and refresh displays that are seasonal, promotional or for specific events.
- Maintain Store Signage - Create and place signs for products on sales floor and maintain TV displays
- Maintain Website and Social Media for the store
- Help on the sales floor as needed
- Safe Count - Perform a daily count of the safe if you are the opener for the day.
- Assist management and staff as needed with basic daily operations
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
