Bonus Tech Services is expanding its FAA engine repair station — and we’re looking for an experienced Chief Inspector to help lead this next phase of growth.

✈️ What You’ll Do
- Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections for engine components
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and our RSM/QCM
- Approve Return-to-Service documentation
- Support expansion of our capability list
- Contribute to future certifications (including EASA)
- Coach and mentor inspection staff
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the repair station
🧰 What We’re Looking For
- FAA A&P License (required)
- 5–10 years of experience in a Part 145 Repair Station
- Strong knowledge of FAR 145, AD/SB, and technical documentation
- Leadership experience in inspection or quality roles
- IA authorization and engine experience = big plus
