We’re seeking an energetic and compassionate Community Liaison / Marketing Representative to represent our agency and build lasting relationships within the healthcare community.
Job Summary
The Community Liaison / Marketing Representative plays a vital role in promoting our home health and hospice services throughout the community.
This hybrid position combines field outreach (meeting referral sources, attending events, and conducting in-person visits) with in-office for administrative follow-up, reporting, and virtual meetings.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and skilled at developing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
- Identify and pursue new referral opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and facilities to educate staff on home health and hospice services.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend community outreach events, health fairs, and educational seminars.
- Collaborate with the clinical and admissions team to ensure seamless referrals and excellent patient experiences.
- Manage marketing reports and follow-ups remotely.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral and growth goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach (preferably in Home Health, Hospice, or Senior Care).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare referral networks and local community resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Background in nursing, social work, or healthcare administration is a plus.
