What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues to deliver effective, long-lasting solutions.
- Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommended services.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and a professional job site.
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events to continue developing your skills.
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Working Conditions
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50 pounds.

The compensation range for this role is $30 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives, overtime, and benefits in accordance with company policy.
