What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Outpatient position at Bonsai Rehab?

We are now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to work in an Outpatient Occupational Health setting in Beaver Dam and Mayville, WI. 40 hours per week are available. All caseload under one roof, no driving in the community. The patient population is general orthopedics - all ages.
