We are now hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home visits in the greater Salt Lake area
treating patients throughout the Salt Lake and Utah Valleys. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience.

Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week?

Job Requirements:

Eligibility for Utah state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Open to full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates.
